The Mirador 4 is located on the first floor. The apartment has a simple layout: the bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets, air conditioning, a washing machine, and other conveniences. The rooms are located on a pedestrian street, near a small restaurant. The interior includes two double bedrooms—one equipped with a king-size bed and the other with two single beds—a bathroom with a shower and hair dryer, and a living room featuring an American-style kitchen complete with a refrigerator-freezer, microwave oven, induction oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and a full set of cooking utensils and dishes
Note: Bed sheets and towels are not included; you may bring them yourself or rent them for €15 per person per stay, subject to prior notice. Pets are welcome, with a daily fee of €5 depending on the breed. We also offer private parking at a weekly rate of €52; please confirm your reservation in advance.
Household linen is not included, you can bring your own or rent it for € 10 per person / stay or €12 with beach towels.
It has 100kw included in the rent, if it exceeds these kw you will be asked for a supplement, we do meter reading.
