MIRADOR 3

Mirador 3 is located on the first floor. The apartment features a simple layout with mosquito nets in the rooms, air conditioning, a washing machine, and other amenities. The rooms are situated on a pedestrian street near a local restaurant. The interior consists of two double bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer, and a living room with an American-style kitchen equipped with a refrigerator-freezer, microwave, oven, induction cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and full set of kitchen utensils and dishes.

NOTE: Bedding (sheets and towels) is not included; you may bring your own or rent them for €15 per person per stay, subject to prior notice. Pets are welcome, with a daily fee of €5 depending on the breed. We also offer private parking for €52 per week; please confirm your reservation in advance.

HINWEIS: Haushaltswäsche (Bettwäsche und Handtücher) ist nicht im Preis enthalten. Sie können diese selbst mitbringen oder für 10 € pro Person / Aufenthalt nach vorheriger Ankündigung mieten. Ihr Haustier kommt je nach Rasse gut an und kostet € 5 pro Tag. Wir haben auch einen privaten Parkplatz mit einem Preis von 51 € pro Woche, bestätigen Sie bitte Ihre Reservierung.

NOTA: la ropa de casa (sabanas y toallas) no esta incluida, puede traer la suya o alquilarla por 10€ por persona/estancia, previo aviso. Su mascota esta bien recibida, según la raza y tiene un coste de 5€ por día. Tambien disponemos de plaza de parking privada con un coste de 51€ la semana se ruega confirmar la reserva.
